Born and raised on the Tennessee-Kentucky border, Hannah Reynolds began her successful real estate career in Kentucky before relocating to Franklin, Tennessee, to further her work in the Middle Tennessee area. With deep expertise in real estate across both Kentucky and Tennessee, Hannah has earned a strong reputation for helping clients throughout Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and beyond, find their forever homes. Having personally relocated to Tennessee, she understands the challenges and excitement of moving and is passionate about helping others do the same.
Hannah began her college education at the University of Kentucky, but was drawn back to her hometown to continue her studies at the University of the Cumberlands, where she graduated with Honors in 2018. She earned a double major in Communication Arts and Journalism/Public Relations, setting the foundation for her passion in connecting with people. After college, Hannah worked in the TV news industry, where she honed her skills in guiding individuals through life’s most exciting and challenging moments. This experience naturally led her to a career in real estate, where she now helps clients make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
When not working, Hannah enjoys hiking and exploring waterfalls across Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved fur baby, Willow. Family is always her top priority, and this value extends to the care she shows when helping clients find homes where they can build lasting memories in the Middle Tennessee area. Known for her personal attention, in-depth knowledge, and caring approach, Hannah is committed to making the home-buying process smooth and rewarding for each of her clients.
