Hugh brings more than two decades of executive leadership, strategic negotiation, and operational expertise from the corporate world to the real estate industry. Known for his thoughtful approach and ability to navigate complex transactions, he helps clients make confident decisions in one of life's most meaningful investments.
A Nashville native with deep local roots, Hugh believes real estate is about far more than buying or selling property-it's about helping people find the right place to call home. Hugh partners with his wife, Robinette Gaston, as part of The Gaston Group, a husband-and-wife real estate team dedicated to delivering a highly personalized and relationship-driven client experience. Together, they combine strategic insight, market knowledge, and attentive service to guide clients seamlessly from the first conversation to the closing table.
Hugh holds an engineering degree with High Honors from Georgia Tech and has completed executive education at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and Harvard Business School. An alumnus of Montgomery Bell Academy, he remains actively involved in the school community and serves annually as his class chair for the Annual Fund. He is also a member of Hillwood Country Club and values staying connected to the people and institutions that make Nashville such a special place to live.
Outside of real estate, Hugh enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active with daily workouts, and traveling-whether skiing in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or exploring destinations around the world.
