Growing up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Trey was exposed early on to sales, business, and entrepreneurship through his father, who was a successful entrepreneur. This early exposure ignited his passion for the art of negotiation, a skill he honed through years of hands-on experience in sales. He cut his teeth in the automotive industry, later expanding into mortgage and real estate, where he has spent the past six years specializing in commercial properties, luxury estates, and equestrian farms.
Holding a Master in Commercial Property (MICP) from the Lipsey School of Real Estate, Trey has the knowledge and expertise to guide clients through complex transactions. Whether helping investors secure a prime commercial asset, assisting buyers in finding the perfect high-end home, or working with fellow equestrians to match them with the ideal horse property, he brings a strategic, client-focused approach to every deal.
What excites Trey most about real estate isn’t just the properties—it’s the people. He believes that "people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care." He considers it an honor to help clients navigate what is often one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, ensuring the process is smooth, rewarding, and stress-free.
Outside of real estate, Trey is an adrenaline junkie who thrives in fast-paced environments. He enjoys mountain biking, exploring nature, and spending time with his Doberman, Rocky. His relentless drive, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of both luxury and investment properties make him a trusted advisor and dedicated advocate for his clients.
